Day-wise Itinerary
Arrive at Madurai Airport/Railway Station. Our representative will transfer you to your hotel. After freshening up, visit the Thirumalai Nayak Palace and the Gandhi Memorial Museum. In the evening, immerse yourself in the divine energy of the Meenakshi Amman Temple. Don't miss the temple's night ceremony before heading back to your hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Rameswaram (175 km / 4 hours). Your journey includes a spectacular drive over the Pamban Bridge. Upon arrival, visit the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial. In the evening, visit the Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple and take a walk along the Agni Theertham beach.
Early morning visit to the Ramanathaswamy Temple for Darshan. You may also opt to visit Dhanushkodi (the ghost town) to see the meeting point of the two oceans. Post breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari ($310$ km / $6$ hours). Reach by evening to catch the breathtaking Sunset over the Laccadive Sea.
Wake up early for the legendary Kanyakumari Sunrise. After breakfast, take the ferry to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Thiruvalluvar Statue. Visit the Kumari Amman Temple and the Gandhi Mandapam before driving back to Madurai. You will be dropped at the Airport or Railway Station for your return journey.
