Welcome to our premium travel services. By booking any travel package or service through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Rates and Availability

a. All quoted tariffs pertaining to air travel, accommodation, and ancillary travel-related services are strictly contingent upon real-time availability at the moment of definitive booking confirmation.

b. Any indicative pricing communicated for flights, hotels, or supplementary services shall remain valid solely for the stipulated period and is subject to revision thereafter without prior notice.


2. Payments

a. Full (100%) remittance is obligatory for the issuance of air tickets without exception.

b. A minimum deposit equivalent to 25% of the total land arrangement cost is required to initiate confirmation of the respective package. The residual balance must be settled on or before the prescribed due date.

c. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in automatic cancellation, rate alterations, or withdrawal of services, for which Your Travel Company bears no liability.


3. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellations pertaining to air tickets, accommodation, or third-party services shall be governed strictly in accordance with the respective supplier's (airline, hotel, vendor) prevailing policies.

b. Your Travel Company service charges remain irrevocably non-refundable and shall apply to all cancellations, including but not limited to packages, flights, cruises, hotels, transfers, excursions, and associated bookings.

c. Refunds, wherever permissible, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation penalties and service fees. Timelines for refund disbursement are subject solely to individual supplier processing durations.

d. Special Clause – Murmansk Peak Season: During Northern Lights and winter peak operations in Murmansk, all bookings become categorically non-refundable upon confirmation due to the region's limited-capacity seasonal tourism framework. No adjustments, amendments, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. For all other destinations, refunds—where feasible—shall be processed in accordance with supplier policies.


4. Itinerary and Amendments

a. The proposed itinerary is subject to modification owing to meteorological disturbances, government directives, operational constraints, industrial strikes, or any unforeseeable events beyond the control of Your Travel Company.

b. Your Travel Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to substitute, alter, or reschedule any service or activity for reasons pertaining to logistics, safety, operational viability, or other relevant factors.

c. Once the final itinerary is approved, no further alterations—including changes to travel dates, schedules, or inclusions—will be entertained.

d. All images provided within the itinerary are representational in nature and do not constitute guaranteed deliverables unless explicitly listed under inclusions.


5. Travel Conditions

a. Any modification in the number of participating travellers (PAX) shall directly influence the total package cost.

b. Surcharges associated with peak seasons, festivals, public holidays, special events, or high-demand periods shall be borne exclusively by the travellers.


6. Hotel Policies

a. International hotel check-in and check-out timings are generally 2:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively. Domestic properties typically observe check-in at 12:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out remains strictly subject to availability and/or prior paid reservation.

b. Room configurations (e.g., double bed, twin beds, etc.) are allocated solely at the discretion of the hotel based on availability at check-in.

c. Hotels may impose a refundable security deposit, payable via cash or credit card, which shall be reimbursed at check-out subject to settlement of all incidental dues.


7. Additional Charges

a. Any additional expenditure arising due to natural calamities, airline delays, political disturbances, force majeure events, or circumstances outside the operational purview of Your Travel Company shall be borne exclusively by the traveller.

b. Variations in pricing resulting from delayed payments, revised travel requirements, or last-minute amendments shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller.


8. Visa and Documentation

a. All visa processes remain entirely subject to the respective embassy's rules, timelines, and discretionary decisions. Your Travel Company shall not be held liable for rejections, delays, or any consequential losses.

b. Travellers must ensure that passports, visas, and supporting documents remain valid and compliant with the entry norms of the destination country.


9. Insurance

a. Travel insurance is excluded from the package unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Travellers are strongly advised to procure comprehensive insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, or unforeseen disruptions.


10. Liability and Responsibility

a. Your Travel Company functions solely as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for any act, omission, or default committed by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other service partners.

b. Your Travel Company shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, technical failures, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control.


11. Exclusions

a. Any service not expressly specified under inclusions shall be deemed excluded from the package.

b. Personal expenses such as meals, beverages, laundry, telephone usage, tips, and similar costs are not included unless explicitly stated.


12. Jurisdiction

a. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.


13. Acceptance of Terms

a. By confirming a booking and proceeding with payment, the traveller acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to abide by the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in full.
