Day-wise Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Lucknow Airport (LKO) or the Railway Station, our representative will transfer you to your hotel. After freshening up, head to the historic Old City. Visit the Bara Imambara, famous for its massive arched hall and the intricate Bhool Bhulaiya (labyrinth). Walk through the Rumi Darwaza, modeled after the Sublime Porte in Istanbul, and visit the "Palace of Lights"—the Chota Imambara.
In the evening, enjoy "Ganjing"—a local term for strolling through Hazratganj, the city's upscale shopping district. Don't miss the famous Basket Chaat at Royal Cafe.
After breakfast, visit The British Residency, a quiet complex of ruins that witnessed the 1857 Uprising. It now serves as a poignant museum surrounded by lush gardens. Later, transition into the modern side of Lucknow. Visit the Ambedkar Memorial Park, a stunning 107-acre monument made of red sandstone that looks breathtaking at sunset.
Take a walk through Janeshwar Mishra Park, one of Asia’s largest eco-parks, or enjoy the Gomti Riverfront Park for a peaceful evening by the water.
Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel. Before departing, head to Aminabad Market or the Chowk area. This is the best place to buy authentic Chikan embroidery clothing. For lunch, treat yourself to the legendary Tunday Kababi or Idris Biryani to experience the city's UNESCO-recognized flavors.
After some last-minute shopping for local sweets like Rewri or Malai Gilori, our driver will drop you at the Airport or Railway Station for your return journey.
