Day-wise Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Srinagar International Airport (SXR), you will be greeted and transferred to a Deluxe Houseboat on the serene Dal Lake. After checking in, spend your afternoon on a 1-hour Shikara ride, witnessing the unique floating lifestyle of the local community. Enjoy a traditional dinner on the water as the evening settles over the valley.
After breakfast on the lake, drive towards Pahalgam. En route, stop at the famous Saffron fields of Pampore and the historic Awantipura Ruins. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can walk to the banks of the Lidder River or explore the local market for hand-knitted woolens.
Enjoy a morning in Pahalgam—you may opt to visit the local valleys (Aru/Betaab) via local cabs—before driving to Gulmarg. This scenic journey takes you through pine forests and winding mountain roads. Check into your hotel/cottage and enjoy the cool mountain air. Gulmarg is a golfer's paradise in summer and a skier's dream in winter.
Spend your morning at the Gulmarg Gondola (cable car). Ascend to the higher reaches for a panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks. After descending, drive back to Srinagar and check into your hotel. Spend your final evening visiting the Mughal Gardens (Nishat and Shalimar) or shopping for authentic Kashmiri spices and Pashmina shawls.
After your final Kashmiri breakfast, our representative will transfer you to the Srinagar Airport for your flight back home, marking the end of your quick but memorable journey through "God's Own Meadow."
