Day-wise Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport or the Railway Station, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After freshening up, begin your exploration of New Delhi. Highlights include the Qutub Minar (a UNESCO World Heritage site), the solemn India Gate, and a drive past the grand Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House. In the evening, explore the local markets of Connaught Place or enjoy a quiet dinner.
After breakfast, check out and begin the drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway (approx. 3-4 hours). On arrival, check into your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the massive Agra Fort, a red sandstone masterpiece that served as the main residence of the Mughal Emperors. You may also visit Mehtab Bagh across the river for a stunning view of the Taj Mahal at sunset.
Wake up early for the highlight of the trip: a Sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. Watching the white marble change colors in the morning light is an unforgettable experience. Return to the hotel for breakfast, then depart for Jaipur. En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the perfectly preserved red-stone capital of Emperor Akbar. Reach the "Pink City" by evening and check into your hotel.
Post breakfast, explore the royal splendors of Jaipur. Visit the hilltop Amber Fort (opt for a Jeep or Elephant ride up the slope). Later, stop for photos at the Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Visit the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar observatory before beginning the 5-hour drive back to Delhi. You will be dropped off at the Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
